What gets deleted
- Your profile, pets, walks, posts, comments, likes, follows.
- Direct messages you sent or received.
- Uploaded media (avatars, pet photos, memory clips, AI-filter outputs, video-decode outputs).
- Lost-pet notices and sightings, push-notification tokens.
- Active subscription on our side; the store keeps its own billing record per its policy.
What we may retain
- Anonymised aggregate analytics that cannot identify you.
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. transaction records for tax compliance), for the period required.
