Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Togo app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

If you are under 13, please do not register or use the App.

The content offered by the App (including AI video decode, nutrition analysis, activity tracking) is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

When you have any concerns about your pet's health, always consult a qualified veterinarian. Do not ignore or delay professional medical advice because of content in the App.

AI video decode, AI filters, stool/vomit analysis, toxicity checks, nutrition scans, and medical-document recognition are all experimental. Any "emotion", "translation", visual output, health reading, or recognized content is for informational and entertainment purposes only, does not represent your pet's actual state, and does not constitute any diagnosis or medical advice.

We make no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of any AI output. For any judgement involving your pet's health, always rely on the professional opinion of a qualified veterinarian.

You are solely responsible for the photos, videos, text, and comments you post in the community area. You must own the right to upload the content and you must follow these guidelines.

We have a zero-tolerance policy on the following content; violators are removed immediately:

• Pornographic, sexually suggestive, animal-cruelty, violent, or terror content.
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination against individuals or groups.
• Illegal acts, drug trafficking, weapons sales, threats of violence.
• Child sexual exploitation material (CSAM) — removed immediately and reported to law enforcement.
• Spam, scams, phishing, bot accounts.
• Doxxing or non-consensual sharing of personal information / private photos.
• Impersonation, faked pet injuries, fake lost-pet notices intended to elicit sympathy or donations.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.

Reports, blocking, suspension: every post, comment, and user profile has a Report button. We commit to reviewing reports within 24 hours. Confirmed violations are removed and the account may be suspended or terminated, without prior notice. You can also block any user at any time; their content disappears from your feed, search results, and notifications.

We reserve full discretion to remove any content or terminate any account, without notice. Suspended users must not register a new account to evade enforcement.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to display, store, transmit, resize, and compress your uploaded content, solely as necessary to provide the service. This license terminates automatically when you delete the content or your account.

Keep your sign-in credentials safe. Any action taken on your account is treated as taken by you. If you discover unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Some features require a paid subscription. Payment is handled by Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play (Android); the subscription auto-renews each billing cycle and you may cancel at any time in your device's subscription settings. After cancellation the subscription continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

The app also offers purchasable virtual credits (Cans) used to redeem certain AI features or items. Virtual credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, and are forfeited upon account deletion or termination with no refund.

Refund policy: account deletion is non-refundable; fees within a paid subscription period and purchased virtual credits are not refundable. Other refund matters are handled per Apple's or Google's respective refund policies; we cannot process refunds on their behalf.

If you are the owner of a Duo or Family plan and delete your account, plan ownership automatically transfers to the earliest-joining other member of the group; the new owner may choose to renew or let the plan expire at the end of the current period.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate any or all of the App's functionality at our discretion, without notice. If the App ceases operation we will, where reasonable, provide a way to export your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Togo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to those related to your pet's health or behavior). The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty.

These terms are interpreted, construed, and enforced under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
